When we created Inspiring Leaders in 2020, (as a reaction to the pandemic), we thought it would be a one off awards program to reflect a moment in time.
Then two things happened. We saw the stories of these Inspiring Leaders from around the world and one year turned into two with regards to the Pandemic. Therefore Inspiring Leaders is here to stay and will annually recognize those people within your organization (from top to bottom) that inspire others. A vehicle to recognize people who have stepped up to help individuals, teams and organizations navigate personal and business challenges, and make a contribution to make their business, their community and the world a better place.
